The Pousada is stunningly beautiful with large, comfortable rooms and breathtaking mountain views. The restaurant offers excellent food and service, with outstanding staff members like Ana Carolina, Silvio, and Francisca. The location, view, and decoration are all fantastic.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The decor of the accommodation was stunning, with beautiful views of the mountains. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided a tranquil environment. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions and the scenery was breathtaking.
The staff was not very accommodating and there seemed to be no emphasis on customer satisfaction. One day we found the restaurant unexpectedly closed, and there were no other dining options.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views that were offered from our room. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, allowing for a great stay. The restaurant was another positive aspect, with both the food and service being top-notch.
On the negative side, we found that the staff lacked customer orientation, making our stay less enjoyable. the noise level in the rooms was higher than expected, making it difficult to relax.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil location with mesmerizing views of the surrounding hills. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern decor and excellent bathroom facilities. the staff is extremely helpful and attentive, making sure all guests have a memorable stay. the breakfast served is top-notch, with a vast array of options to choose from. the hotel amenities like the gym and pool are well maintained and accessible to all.
The hotel is a bit overpriced for its limited customer service offerings.

We loved the hotel's stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, and outstanding staff. Ana Carolina at reception, Silvio in the restaurant, and Francisca in housekeeping were all incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring this beautiful city.
Everything was spot on.
